When we first opened our doors over 40 years ago, we had a simple dream: to create a place where everyone could feel at home while enjoying the foods we grew up loving. We brought our expertise in crafting the finest cured meats and cheeses, a skill passed down from our family in Calabria. We also share our treasured recipes, from fresh focaccia to hearty sauces simmered to perfection.
